When training, the "other" hand is often forgotten. The front dominant hand does the main movement and then the back secondary hand is forgotten. Keeping the second hand alive helps the meridians in the body to circulate better, as well as restore yin-yang internal balance. Happy training - wishing everyone a wonderful day!
